Mohammed Qamruddin was a Pakistani citizen. He entered Assam from Islamabad to Dhaka and then through the Bangladesh border. He had a Pakistani passport. After that, he was provided with all the necessary Indian documents. His name also appeared on the electoral roll. Since he was receiving funding, he soon became a ‘social worker’. In 1996, he even contested the Assembly election from the Jamunamukh Assembly constituency (No. 90) in Assam! At that time, T.N. Seshan, Rajiv Gandhi’s former Cabinet Secretary and a courtier of the Gandhi family, was the Chief Election Commissioner! And, interestingly, T.N. Seshan, who allowed a ‘Pakistani infiltrator candidate and Bangladeshi infiltrator voters’ to undermine democracy, was given massive PR at the time as a ‘strong, strict and honest officer’! Some people still haven’t come out of that intoxication.

Well, since the subject of T.N. Seshan has come up, let me share one more piece of information. The P.V. Narasimha Rao government made changes in the Election Commission and appointed two more Commissioners. The system of having three Election Commissioners that we see today began at that time. Note this carefully: they were appointed by ‘Narasimha Rao, not Congress’! The Gandhi family was furious with Narasimha Rao, and this was one of the major reasons among many others. Through the then CEC T.N. Seshan, the Gandhi family challenged in the Supreme Court the decision to give the other two Election Commissioners powers equal to those of the CEC! Today, the very people who are crying foul that the two Commissioners were wronged had challenged this very system in the Supreme Court.

The case was heard by a five-judge Constitution Bench, and on 14 July 1995, the court unanimously (5-0) dismissed Congress’s Seshan’s petition and upheld the structure of a multi-member Election Commission, as well as equal participation of the Chief Election Commissioner and the other Election Commissioners in the decision-making process. (Important: The provision for decisions to be taken by majority was also upheld by the court through this very judgment. In the present case, the Election Commission will rely on this 1995 judgment in court. There can be differences of opinion or dissent in the decision-making process. But in all the decisions taken regarding SIR, whatever was decided by majority or unanimously was ultimately implemented.)

Now let us return to the main issue. A Pakistani candidate contesting an election in India was not some peak-level anomaly. As time went by, the situation only got worse. In a separate case (‘Saira Begum & Others vs. Government of Assam’), Justice B.K. Sharma of the Gauhati High Court, in 2008, made an extremely alarming observation on record — “Bangladeshi nationals have become kingmakers in deciding who will win elections in Assam.” This was not said by any BJP leader, but by the court itself after examining all the statistics, data and evidence!!

Those opposing SIR know that Indian voters have rejected them. Therefore, they want illegal Bangladeshi infiltrators to be included in the electoral rolls again. But they are certain that this wish will not be fulfilled. They do not want to put in the hard work of going to the ground, raising people’s issues and working for the people in order to win elections. There is an enormous ‘disconnect’ between these people and the public. It is a pathetic situation of ‘unable to dance, so blaming the floor’.

Therefore, understand this: opposition to the ‘purification’ of electoral rolls is not merely a political issue! Congress has been unable to form a government even once in Odisha for the last 26 years, Tripura for 33 years, Gujarat for 36 years, Bihar for 36 years, Uttar Pradesh for 37 years, Bengal for 49 years and Tamil Nadu for 59 years. Is Congress doing all this merely to win elections? No. They have now shifted to Plan B.

1. मोहनदास गांधी करमचंद गांधी की चौथी पत्नी पुतलीबाई के पुत्र थे।

पुतलीबाई मूल रूप से प्रणामी संप्रदाय की थीं । यह प्रणामी संप्रदाय हिंदू भेष में एक इस्लामिक संगठन है...।

2. मि. घोष की पुस्तक "द कुरान एंड द काफिर" में भी गांधी की उत्पत्ति का उल्लेख है...।

मोहनदास गांधी जी के पिता करमचंद एक मुस्लिम जमींदार के अधीन काम करते थे । एक बार उसने अपने जमींदार के घर से पैसे चुराए और भाग गया । फिर मुस्लिम जमींदार करमचंद की चौथी पत्नी पुतलीबाई को अपने घर ले गया और उसे अपनी पत्नी बना लिया । मोहनदास के जन्म के समय करमचंद गान्धी तीन साल तक छिपे रहे..।

3. गांधीजी का जन्म और पालन- पोषण गुजराती मुसलमानों के बीच में ही हुआ था।

4. कॉलेज (लंदन लॉ कॉलेज) तक की उनकी स्कूली शिक्षा का सारा खर्च उनके मुस्लिम पिता ने ही उठाया !!

5. दक्षिण अफ्रीका में गांधी की कानूनी प्रक्टिस ओर वकालत करवाने वाले भी मुसलमान थे !!

6. लंदन में गांधी अंजुमन-ए- इस्लामिया संस्थान के भागीदार थे...।

*इसलिए, यह नोट करना आश्चर्यजनक नहीं है कि गांधीजी का झुकाव मुस्लिम समर्थक क्यू था...!?*

स्वतंत्रता संग्राम के किसी भी चरण में गांधीजी ने हिंदुत्ववादी रुख नहीं अपनाया । वह मुसलमानों के पक्ष में ही बारंबार बोलते रहे।

जब भगत सिंह और अन्य देशभक्तों को फाँसी दी गई तो गांधीजी ने उन्हें फांसी न देने की याचिका पर हस्ताक्षर करने से इनकार कर दिया ।

हमें ध्यान देना चाहिए कि ऐनी बेसेंट ने खुद इसकी निंदा की थी...

*मोहन दास गांधी के अंडरस्टैंड ::*

1. स्वामी श्रद्धानंद के हत्यारे अब्दुल रशीद का बचाव किया...

2. तुर्की में मुस्लिम खिलाफत आंदोलन का समर्थन किया था । जिससे डा. हेगड़ेवार ने गांधी से नाता तोड़ लिया और आर.एस.एस. की स्थापना की..!

3. सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल के पास पूर्ण बहुमत होने पर भी गांधी ने एक कट्टर मुस्लिम जवाहरलाल खान नेहरू को प्रधानमंत्री बनाया..!!

तत्कालीन 40 करोड़ भारतवासियों को बेवकूफ बनाकर उस मुस्लिम के नाम के पीछे पंडित का तमगा लगाया , ताकि मूर्ख अज्ञानी हिंदुओं को पागल बनाया जा सके...!!

4. पाकिस्तान विभाजित को 55 करोड़ रुपए देने के लिए अनशन भी किया..!!

5. हमेशा मुसलमानों का तुष्टीकरण किया ओर हिंदुओं का अपमान किया...॥

हिन्दुओं को भारत में छोटे दर्जे का नागरिक माना...!! जो आज भी उसके गांधीवादी राजनीतिज्ञों द्वारा जारी रखा जा रहा है...!!

In 1992, Enron, a prominent U.S. company, planned to establish a power plant in Dabhol, Maharashtra, with a proposed investment of $2 billion. However, fierce local opposition stalled the project, leading Enron to file a $600 million compensation lawsuit against the Indian government.

Under the Vajpayee government, Harish Salve, a distinguished Indian lawyer, was appointed to defend India’s interests in this high-stakes international arbitration.

Shockingly, P. Chidambaram, a prominent Congress leader, served as Enron’s legal counsel, advocating against India’s interests.

When the UPA government came to power in 2004, with Chidambaram as Finance Minister, he could no longer directly represent Enron but continued to provide legal advice, reportedly favouring the company.

In a stunning move, the UPA government removed Harish Salve from the case and appointed Khawar Qureshi, a UK-based lawyer of Pakistani origin, to represent India.

The decision to entrust a sensitive case involving billions in taxpayer money to a foreign lawyer with ties to Pakistan raised serious questions about the Congress-led government’s judgment and priorities.

Despite India’s strong position in the arbitration, the questionable decisions - Chidambaram’s prior ties to Enron and the appointment of Qureshi led to a predictable outcome: India lost the case.

The government was forced to pay substantial settlements of $800 million to Bechtel & General Electric, who had acquired Enron’s stakes after its bankruptcy. Additionally, Qureshi was paid exorbitant legal fees, further burdening Indian taxpayers.

Notably, Khawar Qureshi later represented Pakistan in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case at the International Court of Justice, underscoring the irony of Congress’s choice.
And Guess who represented India - Harish Salve, who won the case and stayed the death sentence of Yadav, along with getting him consular access, only for a Fee of Rs 1.

This episode, often downplayed by the media, highlights a disturbing pattern of mismanagement and questionable loyalties under the Congress-led UPA.

Their handling of the Dabhol case reflects a legacy of decisions that prioritised foreign interests and compromised India’s sovereignty, leaving taxpayers to bear the cost of their failures.
