CEC-M Hon. Grace Osewe: “This policy represents a deliberate step towards achieving Universal Health Coverage.”

She encouraged partners to actively support demand creation for the services outlined in the policy and offered by the County. She also called on partners to align their work plans, budgets and monitoring systems to support effective implementation of the policy frameworks.

@action_activate We need to move beyond policies on paper and domesticate them at county level through budgets, programmes and services that respond to community needs. For Homa Bay, this means funding, implementation and accountability.
