Apparently Cllr Richard Leeming intends to speak on behalf of @DulwichGallery at the Licensing Hearing on Friday 22nd March. Residents local to the Gallery & objecting to the Gallery's plans are furious that he is not at the very least acknowledging concerns of his constituents
