The only thing that has changed with my course is that this year is actually a repeat of last year, but even then the full tuition fee was approved before it got canceled recently.

@SF_England I received a letter originally saying my finance was approved for the expected amount of tuition fee to be paid to my university, but since then a new letter has arrived saying my finance is approved but says nothing for tuition fees. This was also the case on the SFE website.
