I had a discussion with a senior enterprise leader in the US about AI adoption at scale in IT Services.
Summary: This will depend on the business case.
And the business case will boil down to the difference between the loaded cost of AI Agents and that of Engineers in India.
This cost comparison will be relevant when AI companies increase their price after IPOs.
There is a possibility that business cases may start favoring Indian engineers again.
