The northernmost thatched roof building in the Americas? Built in 1951 this is a replica Ukrainian pioneer home, log, with what should be straw but probably reed thatched roof. From the latest photos the thatch looks like it is in very bad shape. Since it is a Classified Federal Heritage Building, I hope they can care for it properly. World Juniors. My take. Canadian boys looked serious with lots of pressure so they stand serious in interviews and during anthem. But they play unfocused looking to chirp and antagonize the other teams. Not truly focussed only a facade of seriousness. Good effort but fell short
