Hey @Uber once again you sent me a Model 3 Tesla when I requested a comfort ride and your help section doesn’t allow me to request support to get the fare rectified.

Also can you remove the Model 3 from comfort class as compact cars aren’t comfort sized

@Uber can you please explain why on four separate occasions in the last two weeks I’ve gotten picked up in a compact car when I’ve booked a comfort ride?

I’ve flagged this issue before and you don’t seem to care to fix the issue. Tesla Model 3 and Polestar 2 are compact cars.
