Loving others is a choice but loving yourself is obligatory. We often forget that sometimes if not most of the time we need to put ourselves first and love who we are. It is when we put ourselves first that we then can give our all in what we are doing and then give to others.
Active Minds spirit week is October 19th-23rd! Spirit week is a nationwide call-to-action to advance Active Mindsโ mission: to change the conversation about mental health. Each day we challenge you to complete one engagement activity. Stay tuned for our engagement opportunities!
