Straight guys know we'll pay them to bully us. Homophobes have endless fodder to ridicule us.

It's humiliating, most of all because I can't stop gooning.

@CivicChronicle1 Probably a kind of dialectical synthesis. Straight men move beyond both homophobic hostility and woke deference to gay men, and instead get comfortable with generally laughing at them, and optionally humiliating them for amusement or profit.
