Just for the record, we fundamentally respect and DO agree with today’s Court of Appeal findings - sending asylum seekers to Rwanda is not safe and therefore unlawful. 
We call on the Government to put people’s lives first and SCRAP THE RWANDA PLAN!

🚨 Campaigners and people seeking asylum have WON, proving the Rwanda deportation scheme to be unlawful.

This is a HUGE win against the Refugee Ban Bill too. Without the Rwanda scheme, the Home Secretary cannot comply with her own plans to deport people.
