Ted Oswald murdered Waukesha Police Captain James Lutz and was sentenced to life in prison in 1994.

Now, thanks to @GovEvers’s commutations policy, he’s eligible to walk free.

Francesca Hong and Sara Rodriguez have both backed Evers’s plan to expand commutations — including for convicted murderers.
