This is the downtown area I pass every day. Theres a road under there. All these are small local places like a bagel shop, pizza places, a diner, the redemption center, and this is all from the LAST FLOOD. How is anyone supposed to recover when this is multiple times a month?

Whole sections of the town lost EVERYTHING last year, and then exactly a year later it happened again. And now it’s happened A THIRD TIME and only a few weeks after the last one. This is a very poor area and no one has any means to fix our houses. Idk what to do anymore.

I’m assigned to designing and animating a stop-motion puppet for the Vermont Animation Festival intro. The theme is “magical forest creatures” and I want to make some sort of warlock/wizard owl. It’ll be made out of plasticine, wire, and whatever else I want to use. Any tips?
