@EarthTwoMike The part that somewhat frightened me? How similar quitting social media was to quitting cigarettes (Facebook was closest, because that took me almost a full year to cut).

Twitter is on “Notifications off” in my quitting stage at this point. Cuts back on checking.

@EarthTwoMike I cut Facebook over a year ago, then IG and Snapchat at the beginning of this summer. My anxiety could not take them anymore. I use Twitter differently than I did those, and even this is starting to get to me.

My sleep improved remarkably as a result.
