these men tried questioning my husband about his feelings on me using ‘babe’ v v casually in convo including w other men not realizing i don’t use it w my husband at all and were genuinely shocked when he smiled and said he couldn’t care less

i have family im concerned for but personally her son and i are out of harms way completely where thats concerned, she SHOULD be more worried about frozen water activity here but what do i know

my very white very midwestern mother in law is VERY concerned for our safety living in Tucson with the cartel news coming out of Mexico and while I don’t mean to downplay it bc it IS serious idk how else to tell her we’re not in danger from it

my apartment isn’t dirty cuz im lazy it’s dirty cuz i was waiting to weaponize a manic episode positively that’s my story and im sticking to it

i got my own cell plan in high school so i genuinely want to know how some of yall last into your 30s and beyond on your parents plan do they actually like yall do yall pay them what’s going on there do you guys use their numbers at the grocery stores??

i have used 20 of my last 48 hours to bake christmas cookies and treats for my closest loved ones per my annual tradition so even if it may not LOOK like a lot please know a lot of time, effort, and handwashing went into these dozens and dozens of goodies

do vet staff get irritated when i say i have vet techs in the family i call before making an appointment the same way nurses do when people tell them they have a nurse family member? cuz i made a point of telling them i called my brother first and now they have my dog

being together for a decade is great bc we just had an entire conversation through a window with no words, just looks and points and we both know EXACTLY what was said

my biggest regret is not playing nice w my mother longer to be able to get my hands on all my childhood ornaments i miss them every year and seeing everyone posting their ‘nostalgia trees’ this year is making it worse

it’s been well over a decade and i still sometimes laugh about the wannabe rednecks and cowboys i went to high school w who didn’t even know what rodeo days were and couldn’t understand why we got time off school for the rodeo coming to town where im from

also for most of my freshman year people thought i came from mexico they didn’t understand i just moved from a podunk ass town in arizona that happened to be close to the border. didn’t even question that i don’t know spanish LMAO just saw my tan and ran w it

i made chicken noodle soup and two chicken pot pies from scratch today nobody talk to me my kitchen is a war zone

like seriously NEVER EVER take your cats in for grooming at either of those places they will absolutely kill a cat with how and what they’re teaching those poor pet professionals if they haven’t already go to the vet if you don’t have a competent CAT groomer near you

as a cat groomer working in a salon w all dog groomers the boost to my ego from these girls is gonna do diabolical things bc they spend the whole time I’m there amazed at my speed and results and my knowledge????

also i have huge nasty things to say about both petco and petsmart grooming programs and how absolutely sadistically undereducated their training programs are for groomers learning cats after hearing what these girls were taught it’s a danger for cats and groomers
