@arvis4prez like most royals i think he's there as a passable alternative if all else fails. if you have the dlc and like doing the tiki paralogue asp then he's much better at killing the dragon reinforcements. not to say that etie doesn't have potential though because she def does !!

A US city has effectively banned data centers for the first time.

St. Charles, Missouri has changed their land use rules so that data centers cannot be built.

The change is indefinite, and to build data centers in St. Charles the land uses rules would need to change again.
