@braydenrhea Your console will only connect to BasicACU. Your phone should be able to connect via ACUSecure. Ensure that the login info you enter is accurate and that you enter your username, not your email. For instance “jsr14b” not “[email protected]”

@braydenrhea It will take 15-30 minutes for your console to be registered on the network. It is advised that you unplug its power cord during this time.
