BREAKING: Melania Trump's former right-hand woman Stephanie Grisham rips into her for launching a tacky jewelry line at the exact moment that her husband Donald is on trial — and suggests a humiliating explanation.

"I try not to laugh at the thought that she would be raising money for his defense," Stephanie Grisham said during an appearance on CNN. She was Melania's chief of staff and later Trump's White House press secretary.

"That’s absolutely not going to be it," Grisham went on.

Melania announced over the weekend that she's selling $245 "Her Love & Gratitude" necklaces in the lead-up to Mother's Day.

Melania claimed that the idea behind the jewelry is to "express immense gratitude and honor all mothers," an obscene suggestion since she supports her husband, a man who wants to strip hard-earned rights away from women.

"Had I been advising her, I would have said a couple of things. Number one, this is the first day of your husband’s criminal trial and you’re going to hawk some jewelry. Probably not a very good look," said Grisham.

"And then yeah, I would have at least said ‘Hey, how are we going to give this to some kind of an initiative for children?'" Grisham added.

Grisham pointed out that Melania's mother died in January and so a portion of the jewelry sales could have easily gone to a charity "whether it’s Alzheimer’s, cancer, something. Some proceeds."

“But instead it just says, ‘Here you go. Buy this for $245,'" said Grisham.

In the end, Melania is just as much of a grifting crook as her husband. She has no shame, no decency, and is only looking to expand her own power and wealth.
