@ChrisWeatherbu1 Well, the actual GP headcount and WTE numbers ARE going down (slightly).
What they definitely aren't doing is going up.
Assume that 800 headcount GPs are 700WTE - if they appeared we'd have more than 3 MILLION more GP appointments in Scotland a year.
If they don't, we don't.

My practice list is also closed.
The NHS is telling GPs across the UK they cannot provide good care for reasonable numbers of patients, rather they must provide so-so care for too many.
Every year governments ignore this, it gets worse - and even harder to fix as more GPs leave.
