916 people from the @GVAGrad, @UNIGEnews, and other #HEIs in Geneva signed our #petition for better contracts and #salaries for TAs at #IHEID and yesterday we delivered it to the Direction and Foundation Board of the IHEID and to the Geneva Grand Conseil 🔥

TAs retirement contributions at @GVAGrad are 20,000 CHF/year lower than those of TAs at @UNIGEnews on a 70% contracts. And in response, the Director claims that PhDs now have stability... 2 years as TAs and 2 years with a 1,600CHF/month scholarship equals to 4 years of #precarity
