he is giving military personell with experience driving military semi's " heavy truck" a fast trac to the CDL test. he is taking away Illegals ability to aquire ANY type of drivers liscense. & taking away CDL liscense from LEGAL Immigrants who can not read, write and communicate in English.

its not.... it IS for the best candidates for the job. I assure you that:
1. this only helps "experienced" heavy truck "thats a military semi truck" operators with military heavy truck operator's experience be counted in the less strict civilian sector.

2. they get fast tracked to their CDL test to obtain a Commercial drivers liscense. BECAUSE they have said experience. they still have to pass the CDL test.

3. the Best candidates are NOT, people who are criminals whom have illegally violated united states sovereignty and its borders.

4. the Best candidates are NOT, people who are unable to read and communicate in the english language which is REQUIRED to fill out and understand their Log books, read and react to street signs, led construction signs, weigh station signs and information.

Driving is a privilege NOT a right, a CDL is an even more exclusive right that allows a person to drive a tractor trailer weighing up to 80,000Lbs " that is how much 27 Honda civics weigh" that can easily harm many people.

especially when someone who dosent speak or read english, lets say like what happen april 2016 loses breaks panics going down hill on I-70 skips ALL of the Clearly written in english runaway ramps and plowes in to and totals 28 vehicles and killing 4 people
