@AmericanAir After multiple calls and email the bag was located in Greensboro as it was tagged to a wrong passenger. I have been told it has been forwarded by British Airways Under rush tag number AA199241. However BA has no information on the bag in their system!

I have been the following up with you all to date and have got no updates whatsoever. Your agents @Sheetal@Meenakshi in India never have any updates. Therefore I and my brother had to follow up aggressively with AA ourselves including their central baggage facility.
I have been getting fake reassurances from Etihad that they are laisning with American Airlines (first carrier). I have spoken to AA myself and my brother has been to Seattle office. AA had confirmed that they hadn’t heard of our case before I and my brother reached out to them.
@EtihadAirways is this how you treat your BUSINESS CLASS customers? Our bag is lost since 11 days. No updates to date. Agents in India have no phone numbers of either Etihad in LA or American Airlines (fist carrier) who has confirmed that Etihad hasen’t reached out to them.

@AmericanAir Spoke to the agent on the number you provided. She has taken down the details of our case and mailed them to Central Baggage Claim facility. I hope they will take up our matter on priority as the bag has been missing since 24th July from Seattle. Our PIR is DELEY29353.
@AmericanAir can I know how you all can refute proof of a bag checked by your SEATTLE agent? Where is our bag? It was tagged incorrectly by your agents and had been missing since 24th July.

@AmericanAir happened to us as well on 24th July. My old parents lost their bag as AA agent outback wrong tag on bag and now refuse to acknowledge the bag tag. We have the proof Travel and bag tag. I haven’t even received a response.
