I'm shocked that I keep seeing more and more people post the same thing and always the same response. "Send us a dm". And they don't help. I'm switching brokers. Unacceptable

@Jim_Rothman @AskRobinhood What happened? Did customer service contact you through email? The last I heard was from @AskRobinhood asking me for case number. I sent it, and haven't heard anything for 2 days from them. 2 weeks from customer service. Amazing what can be done with a little motivation
