I have finished my first year and am into my 2nd year. For thin film characterization, one additional method under consideration is Atomic Force Microscopy which would provide a non-optical method for characterization. Improvements in efficiency through LDS layers [1]

@MaryDeasy16 @GRS_TUDublin With the PeryRoom apparatus, the variation / error on the photocurrent measured had to be less than the difference in photocurrent measured between an uncoated, high transmittance substrate and no substrate.
