@niceguysteve80 @AfconCentral25 Unfortunately the app won't allow him to withdraw that first application, which is stuck at visa phase asking him for bank statements. Nor launch a new Ordinary application using the his passport number (it says it's a duplicate). Any tips?

@AfconCentral25 I've been waiting over 24 hours with my Fan ID application in progress. My friend who I'll be going with picked the wrong passport option (so was asked to apply for a Visa) and is now back at square one with OTP bugs while trying to create a new account 😭
