Dear politicians,
If you want to strengthen democracy, you should lower the voting age.
The only way to engage with younger people, create a trust-based relationship with them and meet their concerns is by expanding the right to vote .
Ignoring the anti-immigration shite, this is a wonderful exhibit of the cognitive dissonance of the Irish far-right.
They think leaving front doors unlocked was a sign of a previously safer Ireland.
Let me show you what leaving your front door unlocked in Ireland led to. /1
If the #WarOnCars continues, this is the kind of urban hellscape that could be coming to an Irish city near you.
Resist, sheeple, resist!

How is Israel allowed to play in UEFA and FIFA competition even while slaughtering Palestinian footballers -- while Russia was banned weeks into its invsion of Ukraine? Remember, fans and players have the power to shape the game. Will they stand up to FIFA/UEFA hypocrisy?
Incredible to be showing a young Palestinian child wailing, screaming “we didn’t do anything wrong” only to the chyron under him read ‘Hamas-run health ministry’.
I’m never going to get this picture out of my head. Palestinians were standing at a queue for a bakery and Israel bombed them, taking away their lives, the bakery, the baker, and left the bread soaked in their blood. Israel is intentionally targeting bakeries to try and starve
David Rayan, a talented Irish poet, has generously shared with us his heartfelt poem in response to the tragic aftermath of Israel's devastating bombardment of the Gaza Strip with six thousand bombs in six days.

In 2014, Israelis camped out, clapping and cheering as bombs wiped out entire Palestinian families and as the Israeli military slaughter thousands of innocent Palestinians.
Just in case you heard someone say this attack was unprovoked
