@UberEats clearly have no disregard for their customers money. Order arrived missing TWO mains, just the sides arrived. Lodged a complaint, but after ‘reviewing the account and many considerations - no adjustment’. Really? No refund for the two mains that we ordered? SERIOUSLY!!?

@VirginActiveUK avoiding picking up your phone lines/customers isn’t an acceptable way of doing business. Since July I’ve tried speaking to your teams on the phone, at least once a week, and you’ve still not picked up after at least 15mins on hold! 🤬🤬
