This is a welcome development. The current approach of means-testing gamblers would have eventually ruined horseracing in the Windsor constituency, driven people away from a perfectly legal pastime, destroyed UK jobs & reduced tax paid to the exchequer.

Last week, I visited Coral in Windsor and took part in the Grand National Charity Bet Campaign, placing a £50 charity bet.
