@philobaza@RadPowerBikes@schneider@possumlives@missjulie@ActiveSGV @boyonabike62 @LavanyaSunder Yea I try not to worry about that. Also, all the modern batteries are stop charging when they are fully charged so I don’t think you can overcharge them (although Rad still recommends removing the charging cord once a battery is charged).
@lyft Please move these bikes. They are taking every available spot on a public rack on the busiest beach day of the year. On the Santa Monica beach bike path near Ocean Park Blvd. and Barnard Way.
@nickfountain Yea not with the Yepp Maxi seat, definitely a limitation of the small rear rack. But the big front basket holds a lot. And I use a trailer when I grocery shop with the kid.
@bikinginla I was two doors down when this happened. These are tiny, narrow residential streets. I bike them a lot and this is a terrifying reminder that anything can happen with fast cars and dangerous drivers, even in an area that seems safe.
@ellies671@JGiven This is before. Looks like a lot of doorzone and low driveway visibility to me. Seems we can consider this one a difference in opinion.
Part of the Safe Streets for 17th Street and Michigan Avenue project due to “an increase in the number of crashes involving people on scooters and bikes along 17th St…since the opening of the Metro Expo Line.” https://t.co/56GrZKaVtY #santamonica
