@MancArab Heatwave 🤷‍♂️

[Adam Armstrong @adamarmstrong85]

@JoSoftleyCCS Like I said my tweet had nothing to do with you first time I’ve been on any social media since January didn’t even look at my feed , but yeah I agree started years ago with Thompson meds and bga stripped it away bit by bit....

[Adam Armstrong @adamarmstrong85]

Change is what you make of it ....take the positives not the negatives ...which road you take depends what you really want and how hungry you are for it

[Adam Armstrong @adamarmstrong85]

@MancArab after deleting all social media since January I’m back ....only this and LinkedIn Facebook and instagram is still disposed of ...when you up the toon?

[Adam Armstrong @adamarmstrong85]

@JoSoftleyCCS Coincidence or paranoia you decide 🤷‍♂️ ..but yeah moving on ....I got made redundant yesterday and I’m taking the positives from it, maybe a I should have walked years ago but it was a good place to work the team was great like a said good luck with your future no harsh feeling 🙂

[Adam Armstrong @adamarmstrong85]

@JoSoftleyCCS Pardon .....why would I have a dig at you , I wish you all the best , and you got it all wrong , your enemy is closer to home ....I don’t want to be involved in playground talk I’m 33 not 13
