Genuinely disappointed in the Mega Evolution Feature for #PokemonGO

Pay Loop without Long Term Purpose is not good.

We need a change to the System or we just flat out won't use the feature.

Mechanics of catching charge changed in a recent update.
You can't swap on the turn of your opponents charge move activation anymore, instead you have to swap at least one turn before it.
@NianticHelp is this intended behaviour or an issue?
