@JamieBudesky @nathanblec @bchesky I think it's fair to refund based on a pandemic where there hasn't actually been an exchange of service. We are on both sides of this - we are booked for a trip in April and we have 2 AirBNB properties. Just take the high road and give a refund. It shouldn't have come to this.
