Just cancelled my @BTBusiness account- the service was appalling and slow. I’m out of contract yet they charged me £18 for the to leave and a 30 day cancellation period. A lesson in how to insult a customer of 7 years and ensure I never use their service again @bt_uk @BTCare

My @smeguk fridge freezer broke down after 2 years 11 months of course it only came with a 2 year warranty so @JohnLewisRetail aren’t willing to help me. I was always lead to believe that John Lewis had an exceptional after sales service… not the case #johnlewis #smeguk #smeg

@FedEx @FedExHelp I sent a parcel to NYC 2weeks ago and it’s been delivered to Missouri! Entirely FedEx mistake and I’m the one having to chase what is happening and getting nowhere. I now have two very angry clients and potentially lost two valued customers. Appalling service!!
