Mack spent the last two seasons with John Hunter Nemechek on the No. 42 entry. Prior to that, the Kentucky native spent time at Hendrick Motorsports, JRM, TrackHouse and Kaulig.

#NASCAR: Chais Elaison has been promoted within LEGACY Motor Club to move up as crew chief on the No. 42 for the remainder of the season, and for 2027.

Elaison replaces Travis Mack, who had served as crew chief on the No. 42 since the start of 2025.

#INDYCAR: A.J. Foyt Racing Enterprises announces Dennis Hauger will join the company beginning with the 2027 INDYCAR season. Hauger moves over to the No. 14 entry after winning Rookie of the Year Honors with Dale Coyne Racing this year. The 23-year-old won the 2025 IndyNXT title.

#NASCAR: Layne Riggs confirmed during the NASCAR Truck Series Chase Media Day on Tuesday, that he’ll return for another season with Front Row Motorsports. The 24-year-old is in his third full-time season in Truck Series competition. Riggs also noted wanting select Cup starts.
