#OTD in 2022: Tara Air Flight 197, a DHC-6 crashes in Jomsom (Nepal) all 22 aboard die. Enroute, aircraft hit a mountain in CFIT. Inquiry pointed crew actions, who were off course, flying in poor visibility, with terrain alarms inhibited, noting various breaches of SOP.
