Last week myself and fellow Councillors Adam Harrison and Julian Fulbrook moved a motion on the Cicular Economy which was voted on **unanimously** across all parties at Full Council in Camden ♻️

Thank you Camden Cllr Adam Harrison for supporting us by attending our Venus Blazing Music Trust inclusive performance yesterday at the British Library- Gardens of our Imagination! @AdamDKHarrison@eventsBL@eventsBL@KingsPlace
Don't forget to join us for a few wonderful ciders @ThatBeerPlaceHQ from 1.30pm this afternoon as we celebrate them winning the @CAMRA_Official Merseyside & Cheshire Cider POTY. (Great Beer also available for those that haven't made the leap)

Years old trip hazard and surface flooding between Premier Inn Euston and The Place dance theatre on Dukes Road has been fixed today.
Thanks to local Cllr @AdamDKHarrison for getting sorted - so much safer for pedestrians now!
Excellent work @AdamDKHarrison 👏
I can’t wait to see it!! Very exciting
As someone who’s always at Camden High Street and who has been advocating for a new pedestrian change, I welcome this news!
🚶♂️🌳 Camden High Street is going car-free in a new pedestrianisation trial!
✨ Less traffic, cleaner air
🛍️ More space for businesses
🚲 Safer for walking & cycling
🎶 A high street for people, not just cars

Great to see Camden's £1m extra street cleaning investment in action 😃 Including regular jet washing of high streets – now reinstated after the years of austerity 🧹

This morning we got the brilliant news that Adult Social Care in Camden has received an Outstanding rating from @CareQualityComm 🌟
Watch our Cabinet Member for Health, Wellbeing & Adult Social Care @annawrightwho share some of her reflections on this – & what comes next ⬇️
Really sick of non-LGBT people telling LGBT people that there's equality now and therefore no need for one's own spaces. You have no idea what you are talking about. Back off. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
Always thought highly of @AskNationwide but it's disappointing there is no way to write to them (email or web form) to set out an issue. Clearly not serving the customer, just themselves.
Brilliant to see Camden adopt proposals from my cabinet advisor report re a Green New Deal for Camden residents - community led and community focused.
Check out what @CamdenCouncil are doing 🌱🍃🦔 ➡️ https://t.co/VCF5qxWidr

Some positive news from Parliament this week: new legislation was laid to boost the minimum wage.
From April, the Minimum Wage will rise by 6.7% for workers over 21 – and even more for younger workers.
That'll boost the pay of 3m low-paid workers - including many in East Leeds.

Exciting news. Buildings are a major source of carbon emissions (and create air pollution too). This is Camden's contribution to scale up the investment we all need to tackle the climate emergency at source 🌍
Last night, Council Leader @Olszewski_RJO spoke about plans for a major investment for 3,000 Council homes, to make them more energy efficient and save residents money.
