Hey @eat_impeccable - please refund my order. You can’t use #FedExHome. That’s basically my entire feed. I only discovered this was here over 24 hours later when a real @FedEx driver brought this up a while delivering another identical order shipped using FedEx’s real service.
FedEx Home: If you live in your mailbox, we’ll deliver to your door.™️ (@jbracks1111111 - these guys suck. @FedEx Ground and Express are great, but “Home” is barely a delivery company. What next? @FedExHelp does not care and hasn’t since at least 2013 when this started).
Nobody gives less of a shit than #FedExHome and @FedExHelp.™️ If you’re new here, pretty much all I post about it how these guys refuse to deliver, and have for 12 years. Scroll through! Other @FedEx, @USPS, @UPS, & @amazon do great, but FedEx Home is committed to sucking.
@FedExHelp Is there a real way to get help? I’ve done this nonsense dance 20+ times. Last time a case was opened and closed with no outreach in about 6 minutes. What phone number can I call for real help? Twitter is useless for this.
#FedExHome is not a door-to-door delivery service. @FedExHelp is a joke. This has been going on for over a decade. Zero assistance. Only sham “cases” that are *never* followed up on. I’ve never received a single email or call to correct. @FedEx - how do we get this fixed?
As usual, @FedExHelp did nothing to solve our issue. This is always a #FedExHome problem. Is there any way to simply block our address from this terrible service that has been leaving heavy packages at the curb for over a decade? It’s the entire theme of this twitter account.
Hey @LiberNovo and @grunsdaily - this is how @FedEx delivered our packages. Please stop using #FedExHome. They never deliver to the door and always leave anything heavy at the street. This hasn’t been corrected by @FedexHelp in over 12 years and dozens of complaints. #ThisEndUp
Hey @FedExHelp and @Chewy - this is a “redelivery” after my last message. The bottom of our driveway is not a place to dump packages. A @SweetwaterSound delivery was left on the mailbox yesterday. #FedExHome isn’t interested in fixing this. Use alt shipper or cancel our orders.
@FedExHelp Yeah. No. I already did that. Three times for just this shipment. Your colleagues told me they’d resolve this and didn’t. And now you want me to start over? The fact that you don’t track anything and force this repetition is a systematic policy of discouraging customer feedback.

@Chewy You edited the address to say “Deliver to door”. You’ve tried other things before that. The answer is so stop using FedExHome. If you can’t, we can’t use you. You’ve been great otherwise.
@FedExHelp For some reason, I’m indulging this absurdity. We do this nonsense every time and nothing ever happens. We did this just last week. And the week before. And dozens of times for a decade. I wish I could never get another package from FedExHome but vendors keep using you.
Hey @Chewy - @FedEx lied about a delivery again. Didn’t even leave it at the street this time. Just took a picture of the label and drove off. #FedExHome NEVER delivers to the door. Ever. Please refund this order and cancel our account if you can’t use a real shipper like @UPS.
