@SpotifyCares I used to be able to request a song via Alexa (voice) or pick a song on my phone and Autoplay would take over. Now, neither option works when playing music at home. When I pick a playlist or “Beatles Radio” it will play multiple songs no problem. But Autoplay is my lost love.

@Spotify Issue Help! I’m playing Spotify on ceiling speakers, through my @Sonos. Issue: I used to be able to request a song and then other similar songs would play subsequently. I loved it. But now music stops after requested song ends. How do I change it back?

@SpotifyCares Thank you for speedy response. Yes, when I go Settings, Playback, I can access autoplay when playing on phone and autoplay also works when playing in my car. But just not when playing on my Sonos. Important note: Autoplay used to work on my Sonos. Issue started few months ago

@SpotifyCares Thanks for reply. But as you can see when I access that setting, Playback is greyed out and it says, “These options are not available when listening on another device”. Is there anything I can do to access Playback?

@DAZN_CA Stop showing highlights of other matches between @premierleague games. What if people want to watch other game in full? Or extended highlights without knowing score? Should be an option On/Off for this.
