@JamieNicolaou Plenty of reasons, scorch, purity, plant up take and so on. Generally formulated products have crop safeners, are if a high purity and contain stickers so they stick to the leaf and keep feeding over a month or so. Straight sulphates will wash off and your results will be so so.
