My premiums have sky rocketed over the decade. $1500 a month for my kids and myself just so someone else without a career job or some non working person can also have insurance for free or at $50-$100 a month.

The amount of time spent on old bunkers versus new bunkers after 4” of rain is extreme. Hopefully next year we will get 17,18 done in-house and 1&2 done with master plan work. The only thing left will be 16. These are the days - a day out from one of our majors- the BBB pay off.
