@veotechnologies I desperately need your help. My account has been locked for 14 days despite it being fully paid up. I have raised 9 tickets and spoken with even more tier 1 agents but no one fixes it. Every tier 1 agents says it’s being looked at and escalated but nothing!

@AskPS_UK (continued)...public ID and password. I put in my ID and PS passord - it says it cannot log in. I do the same with my email address - it cannot login. I do the same with my son's public ID (ABC_123) and his password and it wont allow us to log in. Where am I going wrong? Thx

@AskPS_UK I need help with connecting a child's PS account to an EA game and no matter what I can do it says unable to login. How can I get help for this?

@AskPS_UK Thanks. So to be clear....I am logged into my son's PS user account - let's call is ABC_123. I then open Fifa and it wants me to log into the server. As it's a child account, it takes me to a page to give parent consent which I tick. It then asks me for the public ID (tbc)

@J_Ennis My Jess (9) is fantastic at sport but is being picked on by other kids at school as a result and its really hurting her. We tell her to ignore them but she's very sad at the moment. I'd be very grateful for any message you can send to cheer her up. You're her hero.
