Incredible to be a part of the Richmond May Ball on Friday night, a job for 420 people, our biggest ever. So lucky to be able to work with such an amazing team, who helped pull the whole thing together superbly. On to the next!

7 years ago today, we started our first commercial kitchen build in the back of an empty warehouse, that we were renting a part of in St Albans-bit of a difference today, and now we own the place!

Three great different beef dishes in the last week; bbq rib eye with herb oil, slow roasted short ribs with a chilli bbq sauce, and roasted fillet with horseradish cream. Can’t go wrong with any of those!
