@UnitedChargers Is it correct to assume that smart capability and 80A charging will come with an updated version of the Duo at a later date (next year etc.)?
@UnitedChargers Makes sense. The smart functionality is especially useful for monitoring and managing the simultaneous charging of multiple EVs. I look forward to having this functionality available in the future!
@UnitedChargers You previously mentioned that the Duo will have Smart OCPP capability, however I do not see this mentioned on the current Duo product page. Could you please clarify whether the version that will be for sale soon will have smart monitoring capability? Thank you.
@tommolog@Hyundai@ElectrifyAm Will there be an option though for a heat pump? Too often the US market has been overlooked with this option in long range EVs.
@UnitedChargers Completely understood, thank you. I am thankful that you are providing a compelling solution for multi-EV households that have so far had a lack of reasonable dual plug EVSE options.
@pluginsites I try to be courteous by only charging once a week and only when my SOC is low enough that it will take the full work day to complete the charge. I'm willing to micromanage my charging sessions for the sake of others but I am not sure that a typical EV driver would do the same
@pluginsites Bolt EV-driving UMD student here. The main problems with the chargers are a combination of most cars finishing charging by midday and the chargers clustered in one location on campus. If you work in a building far away from the garage, then it is difficult to move your car midday
