@AndyBurnhamGM I know you’re onto @AvantiWestCoast totally inadequate service, but you also need to be aware that prices are going up too.
Combined, it’s making living in MCR & working in LDN untenable & it must be the same for businesses.
It’s a fundamental levelling up issue.

Hey Avanti, I commute from MCR to LDN weekly, always booking as far in advance as I can.
Your service is a shambles right now, but the same trains I’ve always booked, have increased in price by over £15 - over 20%.
How can you justify this?

'No Bantz Barberz™' – where people cut your hair without trying to chat shit with you, or the other customers / barbers sat three chairs across from you at the top of their voice.
@andyjrouse I've often thought a strict policy around no umbrella being wider in diameter than the shoulder span of he or she who carries it would be mine.
But maybe it's only me that gets infuriated by the selfish misuse of golf umbrellas.

@gradiate@Omaltby Not sure we gave optimised Slack enough to give it a fair chance, but we trialled it and I prefer Teams. For all the reasons Olly mentioned, but also for me (and maybe I'm just getting old) it just feels a bit calmer and less rowdy…
