Now Tuesday and unit still hasn’t arrived, been told by a customer service member of staff, who sounded bored and like she didn’t want to be there that I should get it tomorrow, but I might not, and she didn’t have a clue, now have a bathroom with no basin 😪

Unit didn’t arrive on Monday, phoned to complain, was told by 2 different customer service staff that it will definitely be delivered on Tuesday, no explanation as to why and builders sitting waiting for it!!
