Dear @AmericanAir I started in PDX last night. Flight to DFW delayed twice, then cancelled. You sent me on a red eye to PHL. I then made it to CLT. Was just deplaned from my flight to CHA for maintenance. Pls give AA6051 a new plane so I can het home. Please.

Still trying to get to London via @AmericanAir Rebooked for today. Missed a day of vacation. Started boarding then pulled the 20 or so who got on back off. Plane too hot? The whole crew has been on for 45 mins. They just figured out it’s hot? Start an engine and run the AC!

Made it to D2 in CLT for aa734 to London. Ran from the E gates. Boarding not started yet, but your system rebooked us since the inbound was delayed from CHA. They gave our seats way and we will miss a day in London and a hotel reservation. @AmericanAir
