I don’t think @AmericanAir could possibly be any more incompetent. 24 hours into my 4 hour flight and I’m still far from home. Delay, canceled, put us on the tarmac til 1:30am and then changed their minds and made us sleep in the airport.

@AmericanAir I actually believe it’s the exact experience you planned for us when you put us on a plane that you knew couldn’t get to the destination on the ticket. I’m in Miami and my flight was for Charlotte. Y’all knew before the plane took off we couldn’t get to Charlotte yet 🤷‍♂️
