@Hermesparcels I have tracked my parcel 421887909899525 your system says 10:23 - Thu 03 Sep

Your friendly local courier will try to deliver between 12:00 and 14:00 today What happened.

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru What about improving the frequency of your services I see you have done that others when can ours improve.

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru I tried to get on the 9.30 72 bus from Llangeinor to Bridgend and the bus was full and did not stop. I was there with 6 others, I missed an appointment what should I do

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru Yes but when is this state of affairs going to improve for those in the middle of a route

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru Why are there no more bus been put onto Bridgend routes. We live in a largish village about 8 miles out of the centre and we feel like prisoners.

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru Our capacity on Buses has reduced to 10%, buses a frequently not picking up passengers and the service ends by around 7 in the evening. We feel like prisoners in our village.

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru When are we going to get the frequency of our buses back and that they run beyond 6:00 PM on an evening.

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru Yes I know but our service has been reduced by half, it ends around 6:00 pm and capacity has reduced from 100 people per hour down to 10. Buses have been full and skipped stops even when someone is waiting.

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru

Hi when is our buses going to return to the previous frequency and run after 6.00 PM.

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru why does it take 2 weeks to investigate a problem, surely it only takes a call to the depot to find out. YOU JUST WANT PEOPLE TO FORGET

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru Customers at the bus station are the last to know if there is any changes to their service and you do not seem to let staff at the bus station know. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN SO MUCH ON TRAINS STATION

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru I have logged but no confidence in a resolution I think in two weeks you hope I will forget

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru Why are the bus station not inform ASAP to help the customers

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru I have but I am annoyed that it takes you so long to find out what has happened I have had problems before and we did not get to find out the problems. SHODDY

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru Why does it take up to two weeks to find out what happened to a delayed service are you hoping customers will forget about bad SERVICE.

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru And what happens if there are problems that happen outside of your hours how are customer to find out

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru You used to be able to chat hear about problems

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru Still waiting now over 2 hours for an answer as to what happened to the last 72 bus from Bridgend last night

[Graeme Adamson @adamson_graeme]

@FirstCymru Please can someone please reply to my message about your poor service
