Dear @AmericanAir why do your gate agents consistently violate the FAA modernization and reform act which allows musicians to carry on guitars by making me gate check them. Please make sure your employees know this is allowed!

@AmericanAir Thank you. As I was in group 3….there were still multiple acceptable options for stowing the guitar. I get overhead compartments are not ideal which is why I most of the time make use of the closet…but was not given that option today. Gate agent was not helpful at all.

Just returned from a trip and @Delta needs to work more on its partnership with @Aeromexico - they closed boarding more than 20 minutes before the departure and would not let me and my wife on the flight. They only had boarding open for about 10 minutes. Had to stay overnight
