@GuillemBalague@piersmorgan@Cristiano Lots of people saying he shouldn't be at the World Cup. Most pundits saying he shouldn't be starting. Nothing to do with your new Messi idea.
@jackshephards_ Yeah that 'We have to go back Kate' was epic.
He was so desperate to return that he kept taking flights and hoping it would crash again
@SuperAllyScores@gmkelly1979 This is the problem though, Robben etc were world class so could play on the 'wrong' side. These days everyone is on the wrong side and most aren't good enough to play it but they would be fine if they were just allowed to put crosses in
@RodneyMarsh10 We should just pause it and ask a VAR official to look and decide. No lines. If it's miniscule they will say level. If attacker is ahead clearly to the naked eye it will be offside.
@StanCollymore Can we not just accept that using lines isn't right for football? The VAR man should look at the still picture and Sterling would be off. But on the close silly offsides we have now, they would be level. Lines aren't needed.
@turboboro@retrofootballnw I agree. Growing up watching these 'greats' in the champions league and they were often quiet. (Figo, Baggio, Totti). Amazing players but Ronaldinho Messi Ronaldo another level consistency wise.
