This is the same question I have been asking. I also wonder why the prosecution did not ask it It could have addressed the “premeditated murder” aspect.

My theory is it was all planned and he went there with the express purpose of committing murder. The next question to ask is “why?” That there would open up a whole new can of worms. Was he on a mission? Was he a pawn in the system?
